This license gives you the right to open all types of accounts online and management of all investment banking activities online. You can have a representative offices worldwide without being able to receive cash. The following is a brief outline of the documents that individuals and companies will be required to submit with their bank licensing application:

  1. Certified copy of passport of directors and shareholders.
  2. Certified Proof of residence of directores and shareholders.
  3. Certified Commercial regerence of directores and shareholders.
  4. Contact details for each shareholder.
  5. CV of derectores and shareholders.



In addition to the above mentioned documents, the following documents must be filed to form the banking institution:

  1. Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  2. Certificate of Incorporation.v
  3. Business plan.
  4. Signed Indemnity form


  5. Payment 50% of government fee.



Issuance of the license takes in average 20 days.
You have:

  1. SWIFT CODE.
  2. BANK ACCOUNT IN CENTRAL BANK OF COMOROS.
  3. BANK SOFTWARE IF NEEDED.
  4. NOTARIZED AND APOSTILLED BANKING LICENSE BY DHL COURIER.
